What I’d like to be able to achieve Motivate women to become more involved in weight training, muscle is good!  To encourage everyone to stretch regularly to prevent immobility and bad posture in older years.
You may not know this but… I am currently in my third year at university studying Early Childhood and Primary School Teaching where I can’t wait to incorporate health, fitness and music into my classrooms.

What I’d like to be able to achieve To work with people and encourage them to be the best possible version of themselves.  I want to inspire positivity and help people find their spark.
You may not know this but… I fell into this career when I started at the gym 3 years ago to loose my baby weight… I’ve been addicted and in love with the health and fitness industry ever since.  I love being around people who are trying to better themselves and I get to see this everyday.
