We’ll be commencing an 8 week Introduction to Meditation on January 8th with Joe as your meditation coach.  Joe is a meditation master with over 20 years experience and will be taking you through this fantastic journey.  This isn’t a course so please don’t be concerned if you miss the start come along the next week.

Whilst this is an introduction it is suitable to people who have never meditated right through to those seasoned meditators.  The course will be from 7pm Tuesday evenings and run for 1 hour. You’ll need to ensure that you’re in comfortable clothing and if you have your own matt you’re welcome to bring it along for the journey.

Meditation is a habitual process of training your mind to focus and redirect your thoughts.  You can use it to increase awareness of yourself and your surroundings. Many people think of it as a way to reduce stress and develop concentration.
